We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Female Office Coordinator to join our growing technical services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain project documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and clients.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory.
- Assist with HR, procurement, and other administrative tasks.
- Support management with reports and day-to-day office coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a technical services, maintenance, or contracting company is an advantage.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
