We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Female Office Coordinator to join our growing technical services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain project documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and clients.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory.
  • Assist with HR, procurement, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support management with reports and day-to-day office coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a technical services, maintenance, or contracting company is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
