We are looking for a Female Office Administrator to help with everyday office tasks, keep things organized and support our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage office daily operations and keep things running smoothly.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors.
Organize and maintain office files and documents.
Assist with data entry and prepare basic reports.
Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
Help with employee onboarding and paperwork.
Handle invoices and basic financial tasks.
Ensure the office follows safety rules and regulations.
Skills & Knowledge:
Experience with office tasks like scheduling and organizing.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good at multitasking and managing time well.
Comfortable using office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally.
Friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers or visitors.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
At least 1-2 years of office administration or related experience.
Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
