Responsibilities:
– Perform MIG welding to fabricate and repair metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
– Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
– Select appropriate welding methods and techniques based on project requirements.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
– Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.
– Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirement:
– High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
– Proven experience as a MIG Welder.
– Proficient in MIG welding techniques and equipment.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
– Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
– Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to welding.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
– Additional welding certifications (e.g., TIG, Stick).
– Familiarity with other welding processes and equipment.
