Job Overview:
As the Luxury Furniture Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our high-end furniture warehouse, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of inventory, order fulfillment, and client interactions. Your role involves managing a team, addressing client technical complaints, and maintaining the showroom snag list to guarantee the highest standards of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching luxury furniture.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
Coordinate with logistics teams to manage deliveries and returns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
2. Team Management:
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Client Technical Complaints:
Address and resolve client technical complaints related to furniture quality, assembly, or delivery.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
4. Showroom Snag List:
Maintain and update the showroom snag list, identifying and addressing any defects or issues with display furniture.
Coordinate with showroom staff and repair teams to ensure any snag issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure showroom displays reflect the highest quality standards and accurately represent the brand.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, inventory levels, and client interactions.
Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
6. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Liaise with clients regarding order status, delivery scheduling, and any issues or concerns.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role within the luxury furniture or high-end retail sector.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-value and delicate products with care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
