Primary Purpose: The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. They will oversee both online and offline marketing efforts to meet short-term and long-term business goals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create marketing plans aligned with business goals, targeting the right audience and identifying opportunities for growth.
Execute Campaigns: Implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, print, and events.
Online Presence Management: Oversee the company’s website and social media profiles, ensuring engaging, accurate content and improving online visibility.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content across various formats to support branding and marketing efforts.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate and convert leads, and analyze their effectiveness.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding and maintain a strong company image in the market.
Market Research: Monitor trends and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data.
Budget Management: Ensure efficient use of the marketing budget to optimize campaigns.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including agents and designers, to execute campaigns effectively.
Health & Safety: Maintain safe systems and conditions in all marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 6+ years in marketing, with experience in international markets.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills; experience in developing marketing strategies and managing multiple projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Marketing Strategy ROI: Measure the return on investment of campaigns.
Lead Generation: Track lead conversion rates, quality, and cost per lead.
Online Engagement: Monitor digital marketing performance, including SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.
Budget Management: Adhere to the marketing budget and assess the efficiency of spending.
