Job Title: Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Salary:
Option 1: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 (based on experience and performance) + 30% commission (No administrative support)
Option 2: 50-65% commission-only (No base salary) + Full administrative support
Visa: The company will provide a visa upon closing the first deal.
Probation Period: 3 months (candidates must demonstrate dedication and achieve sales targets).
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Provide expert guidance on real estate investments, market trends, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to maximize client satisfaction.
Utilize real estate software and MS Office tools to manage listings and client records.
Stay updated with market trends and new property developments.
Travel within the region for client meetings and property visits.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite.
Must have own visa or be on a canceled visa.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Dubai.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
