Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Technician specializing in all types of facials and Moroccan bath treatments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and skincare, delivering exceptional service while ensuring client satisfaction and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and advanced skincare procedures.
Provide authentic Moroccan bath services with traditional techniques to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Analyze clients’ skin types and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, including the facial and Moroccan bath areas.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized services and addressing client concerns or preferences.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety according to salon policies and UAE health regulations.
Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of products and tools required for treatments.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facial Technician and in providing Moroccan bath services.
Knowledge of various facial techniques, skincare products, and equipment.
Certification in Beauty Therapy or relevant field is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
