Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a call center is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE visa is an advantage.
