Urgent required" FEMALE COLLECTION OFFICER – ARABIC " for our Holding to join Immediately.
Candidates must have the Mandatory Qualifications & criteria’s below;
- With valid Qatar driving license
- With valid transferable Qatar ID
- Experienced working as a Collection Officer in Qatar is a Must
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Knowledge ion MS Office Programs and software
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar field
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review the Company debtor list (Clients)
- Timely submission of invoices to the clients
- Contact clients and inform them of their overdue bills
- Advise clients on their payment options and suggest methods of payments (Online, Cheque or Cash)
- Negotiate Payment plans as mentioned in the contract between the client and the contractor
- Maintain the clients payment records
- Email SOAs to the client informing them on their updates
- Write notice warnings emails to the clients when payments are not being made
- Start legal action when clients fail to pay their outstanding dues and are not cooperative
- Respond to clients queries
- Continuous follow up with the clients for their outstanding dues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Collection Officer in Qatar: 5 years (Required)
- MS Office programs: 4 years (Required)

- Transferable Qatar ID (Preferred)
- Qatar driving license (Preferred)
