We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Master Chocolate Chef to join our team immediately. This is an urgent hire, and we are looking for someone with outstanding chocolate-making skills and a love for creating exquisite, innovative chocolate products.
Responsibilities:
Create and design high-quality, artisanal chocolates and confections.
Manage all aspects of chocolate production, from sourcing ingredients to crafting final products.
Lead and inspire a team of pastry chefs and kitchen staff in chocolate-related tasks.
Maintain consistency in the quality and presentation of all chocolate products.
Ensure all chocolate items are prepared according to safety and hygiene standards.
Innovate new recipes and flavor combinations to delight customers and keep up with market trends.
Oversee the daily chocolate production process and monitor inventory.
Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase new chocolate creations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Master Chocolate Chef or in a similar high-level pastry role.
Expertise in working with different types of chocolate (dark, milk, white) and chocolate techniques (tempering, molding, etc.).
Strong creative skills and ability to develop innovative chocolate designs.
In-depth knowledge of chocolate ingredients, textures, and flavor profiles.
Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
Previous experience in a luxury or high-end chocolate establishment is a plus.
