Key Duties
- Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas.
- Linen and Bedding: Making beds with fresh linens for new guests.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensuring that cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essentials are adequately stocked for guests. This may involve purchasing supplies as needed.
- Inspecting for Damage: Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly. This could include broken appliances, plumbing issues, or damage to furnishings.
- Maintaining Standards: Following company guidelines and standards for cleanliness to ensure that the holiday home meets or exceeds guest expectations.
- Guest Interaction: Providing friendly and professional service to guests if encountered during cleaning duties, and responding promptly to any guest requests or concerns.
- Security: Ensuring that the property is secure when leaving and reporting any security concerns to management.
- Flexibility: Being flexible with scheduling and willing to work during peak times, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members, such as maintenance personnel and property managers, to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
