Job Description:
The Office Boy is responsible for supporting the office staff through a variety of tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and running errands. The role ensures the cleanliness and proper functioning of the office premises and assists in the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain a clean and organized office and showroom, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure they are adequately stocked.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
Deliver and collect documents within the office or to/from external locations.
Assist in preparing and setting up meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and organized after use.
Provide general support to staff, including assisting with minor administrative tasks.
Ensure that office equipment (e.g., printers, coffee machines) is in working condition and arrange for repairs if needed.
Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in customer order pickups as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar support role is a plus.
Basic communication skills in English.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Strong punctuality and reliability.
Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to be assigned to our Al-Ain location.
