FEMALE CATERING SUPERVISOR Jobs in Al `Ayn at NATIONAL CORPORATION FOR TOURISM AND HOTELS

Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management.

Minimum 2 years experience as Service/Catering Supervisor.

Female only.

Responsible for Operations and Administration activities of the various third party Catering operations (mainly Education Sector) & to run the Operations in most cost efficient and profitable manner to achieve maximum profit through customer satisfaction.

To ensure that food is prepared in a clean and hygienic manner and with the minimum of wastage.

To ensure that supplies are ordered from stores in sufficient quantities to cover daily requirements as identified by menus and numbers of covers.

· To ensure that frozen foodstuffs are defrosted in a manner that avoids loss of taste or wastage.

· To monitor validity of all food items received on site.

· To prepare menus in a manner which avoids repetition during cycle.

· To ensure supplies are ordered to cover all menu dishes, to avoid changes to menus once approved by client.

· To monitor personal hygiene of all kitchen/restaurant staff to ensure compliance with standard health and hygiene practices.

· To conduct “on the job” training for all kitchen/restaurant staff to ensure improved performance.

· To ensure that kitchens, restaurants and food storage facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
