Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Female Business Consultant tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing corporate advisory services, managing business setups, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on business setup, company formation, and corporate restructuring.
Manage the end-to-end process for setting up mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.
Stay updated on UAE laws, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, UBO reporting, and Economic Substance Reporting (ESR).
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Build and nurture strong client relationships throughexceptional service.
Draft and review corporate legal documents, including resolutions, attestations, and legalizations.
Coordinate with government departments, free zones, and banks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with anentrepreneurialmindset.
