Job Description
Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving pre and post opening restaurant operations.
Assist in development & training of team members.
Implement and deliver service standards that conform to SOPs.
Handle daily responsibilities of running the venue post opening.
Qualifications
Catering School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-profile restaurant/club.
Experience in pre and post opening of a restaurant.
