Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with buyers and sellers regarding number plate listings
- Review and verify listed number plates and ensure price accuracy
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding featured and recent number plates
- Handle customer complaints and customer queries efficiently
- Provide outstanding support in both Arabic and English
- strong working knowledge of microsoft Excel and word
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
