Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations for our pasta manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a specific focus on pasta products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and ensuring that the company’s products meet the needs of the
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
Stay up to date with product offerings, specifications, and industry standards to effectively communicate with customers.
Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and lead expansion efforts into new markets or regions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the food and beverage industry, preferably pasta manufacturing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments.
