Essentials:
· Positions for Multi-Technicians either Electricians and AC Tech or Electric and Plumbing or all of them in one candidate. Should have at least combination of any of the skills.
· At least 3-4 years overall experience
· Should be 2-3 years’ experience in the UAE.
· Must have the knowledge working in Building management, Facility Management, Residential management and NOT in a Construction company.
· Must have strong skills in their work, and NOT as an assistant only.
· Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.
Nationality: Any
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible.
Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai and is willing to take trial.
Age: between 32 – 41 years old
Salary: between 1500-2800 AED plus accommodation and transportation
