Female Procurement Officer for a European brand furniture showroom in Dubai
· To place purchase orders, check confirmation of order from supplier , update and maintain all purchase activities on system. Coordination of loading list with forwarder.
· To collect the documentation required to support the purchase transaction.
· To follow up with suppliers for delivery of goods.
· To communicate, follow-up with transporters and forwarders.
· To assist the Sales staff for prices, samples and finishes.
· To update and prepare the weekly report, container loading request and offloading list.
Skills/Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as purchasing officer
Must be Organized and Punctual.
Must have Excellent Organizational Skills.
Must be committed and Career Oriented.
Well spoken and communicate proficiently
Can join immediately

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
