Job Title: F&B Team Leader
We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B Team Leader to join our long-term outsourced team. This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise F&B team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional growth
- Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with all F&B regulations, including proper Food Handling Certificates (FHC)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in F&B operations
- Valid QID (own visa) and FHC certificate
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining service excellence
- Commitment to long-term engagement
Additional Information:
- This is a long-term outsourced position, so commitment is essential
