We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaking) – Catering Operations
Emirates Hospitality Center is expanding its catering operations and is looking for a results-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor with proven catering experience to strengthen frontline execution and service delivery.
Role Overview
You will manage daily food and beverage operations across catering units, ensuring service consistency, operational discipline, and full compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations across assigned locations
- Lead, schedule, and motivate service teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and company SOP compliance
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, logistics, and management teams
- Monitor service quality and resolve issues in real time
- Support audits, inspections, and client service requirements
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Mandatory catering industry experience
- Arabic speaking is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and service excellence
- Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume operations
