We are seeking a reliable and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple branches, ensure high service standards, supervise staff, and support event setup and execution.
The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to travel between branches to maintain operational consistency and support special events.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures across assigned branches.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are consistently followed.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service flow.
- Coordinate between branches to maintain consistent operations.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B team members.
- Ensure staff adherence to company standards and hygiene practices.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift coordination.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support to team members.
Multi-Branch Support
- Travel between branches as required to monitor operations.
- Provide operational support to different locations when needed.
- Ensure consistent service and brand standards across all branches.
- Assist branch teams during peak hours or staffing shortages.
Events & Setup Management
- Assist in planning and executing events and special functions.
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and logistics.
- Ensure proper arrangement of equipment, décor, and service stations.
- Supervise staff during events to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle transportation and preparation of required materials for events.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in ordering supplies and materials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
- Help minimize waste and control operational costs.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper food handling practices at all times.
Reporting & Coordination
- Provide daily operational feedback to management.
- Report maintenance issues or operational concerns.
- Support management in achieving operational goals.
- Maintain communication between branches and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Own car is required to commute between branches and event locations.
- Experience handling events and setups is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising multiple branches.
- Experience in catering or event-based operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
