Job Title:
Front Office Supervisor We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to
join our team
at Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk.

leadership

The role involves supervising a team of front office staff, overseeing the daily activities of the department, and assisting in the development of employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of
customer satisfaction
, adhering to company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Supervise and oversee the front office operation to maintain service standards.
Conduct daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to front office staff.
Assist in
employee development
, counseling, and resolving staff conflicts.
Monitor quality of services and ensure that guests receive the attention and service they require.
Perform trainer tasks and conduct training for all staff as assigned by management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to motivate and lead a team. They will also have a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Key
Qualifications:
Hotel Restaurant Management graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a 5-star luxury operation environment.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service.
