We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female F&B Service Supervisor to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and lead the service team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets.
- Lead and support the service team to maintain excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Train, coach, and monitor staff performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and hotel standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily operational planning.
- Monitor inventory and report supply requirements.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position.
- Hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
