Job Requirements

Responsibilities
- Execute rapid, high-end fine dining service during peak hours, mastering a complex Japanese-fusion menu and anticipating the needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and VIP guests.
- Maintain absolute hygiene and alignment across the restaurant floor, ensuring strict compliance with Baladiya (Qatar Municipality) food safety regulations and internal Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) protocols.
- Aggressively but elegantly upsell premium beverages, signature dishes, and tailored dining experiences to maximize average check sizes while resolving high-pressure guest complaints instantly.
