Mechanical Engineers: 2 Nos (1 in Dubai and 1 Philippine to execute project)
We are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer having minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC field. Working experience of Gulf/Philipines is must, with at least 5 years in a project management or senior engineering role. Experience in managing and delivering HVAC projects, including commercial, industrial , residential and institutional buildings.
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : Minimum 7 years experience as Mechanical Engineer in a MEP Construction Contracting Company in Philippine /Gulf.
Skills : Good knowledge of computer and proficiency in MS Office, word & excel of advance level
Brief Requirements:
· Lead and manage HVAC projects from initial design to drawing preparation, ESP & Pump Head Calculations, Material submittals.
· Project Execution installation testing & commissioning, handing over, operation and maintenance manual preparation, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and on time.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants , architects , contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
· Ensure HVAC systems are designed to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues.
· Ensure HVAC systems comply with all relevant local and international standards.
· Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during design, installation, and commissioning phases. Knowledge of Chillers , AHU, FAHU, CHW Pumps, Fan coil Units CHW Systems (chilled water piping ), DX Dutable , VRF , Package Units System ( Copper Piping ), Car Park Ventillation system, Smoke Management
· Should be able handle complete project independently.
· Knowledge and experience of Modular MEP solutions will be an added advantage.
