Position Overview:
As a Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in providing an outstanding experience for our customers, handling all aspects of the car rental process, and contributing to the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales abilities, have an in-depth understanding of luxury cars, and be fluent in both Russian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Russian-speaking clients with inquiries, offering tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
Promote our range of luxury vehicles, providing detailed information on the features and benefits of each model.
Process reservations, ensure timely delivery and return of vehicles, and confirm that all contractual terms are clear and understood.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals effectively.
Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring the best possible resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest luxury car models and rental trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent messaging.
Provide excellent post-rental support to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout their journey.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Russian (native or business proficiency) and English is a must. Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (luxury or automotive sales is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Salary & other Benefits:
4000/- AED Monthly. provide Visa & health insurance
