As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our guests’ dining experience while confidently showcasing your beverage knowledge to elevate their visit. This is an urgent hire for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and floor flow efficiently.
- Provide exceptional first impressions and maintain an upscale, welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails to enhance guest experiences and assist with pairing recommendations.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English with a diverse clientele and team members.
- Maintain a polished presentation and project a vibrant, engaging personality at all times.
Requirements
- Proven strong background working as a hostess in high-end or luxury dining establishments.
- Strong, verifiable knowledge of wine pairing principles and alcoholic beverages.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with complete fluency in English.
- Proactive attitude with a vibrant, welcoming, and hospitality-driven personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a new venue launch.
