You will be the first point of interaction for our visitors. Your duties comprise of welcoming guests, providing precise wait times, and accompanying guests to the eating and bar areas.
For this position, you must have excellent organizational and people management abilities. You should ensure that our guests have an affirmative eating experience from the minute they arrive until they leave. You must also be available to work in different shifts. You must make sure we offer exceptional customer service and an enjoyable feasting experience to our visitors.

Responsibilities  Welcome guests Provide precise wait times and monitor the waiting lists Answer the phones and manage the reservations Assist guests to allocated dining or bar areas and provide them a pleasing dining experience Keep track of which tables have placed their orders Synchronize with staff about existing seating options Keep the reception area clean.
Coordinate with the janitorial staff for the same Provide extra attention to guests like children or senior citizens Answer inbound calls and address guest queries Support wait staff as required  Requirements  High school
education
is a must for this role Certification in Hospitality will be preferred Previous work experience as a Hostess or Waitress in a reputable Hotel/Restaurant Knowledge of restaurant protocol Understanding of health and safety guidelines Know-how in handling reservations Outstanding
