Job Responsibilities:

-Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing recruitment unit.

-Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance through regular evaluations.

-Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies:

-Create recruitment plans aligned with business goals and market trends.

-Continuously improve hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

-Example: Introduce data-driven sourcing techniques to enhance candidate quality.

-Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

-Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.

-Ensure consistent communication and high client satisfaction.

-Example: Work closely with a multinational client to fill senior-level positions.

– Manage End-to-End Recruitment Activities:

-Post job advertisements, source candidates, and conduct interviews.

-Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for successful placements.

-Example: Source a niche candidate using targeted headhunting techniques.

-Analyze Performance and Optimize Processes:

-Track metrics like time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client retention.

-Use insights to refine team workflows and recruitment methods.

-Example: Implement a CRM tool to streamline candidate tracking.

-Expand Market Presence and Build Brand Awareness:

-Identify and acquire new clients to grow the company’s presence in Dubai.

-Represent the company at job fairs and industry events to enhance visibility.

-Example: Organize a networking event to connect with potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR management, with at least 3 years in team management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED30,000.00 per month
