Key Responsibilities
- Design and update restaurant menus, menu boards, tent cards, and in-store promotional materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives for food promotions, campaigns, and brand announcements.
- Assist in developing visual content for seasonal offers, new product launches, and limited-time promotions.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across outlets.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork with correct sizing, bleed, and formatting.
- Support marketing campaigns with banners, flyers, email visuals, and delivery platform creatives.
- Perform basic photo editing of food images to enhance visual appeal.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to meet outlet-specific design needs.
- Organize and maintain the design asset library, including menu templates and brand files.
- Make timely revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on F&B design trends, food presentation styles, and social media formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines typical of restaurant operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (F&B or hospitality experience is a strong advantage).
- Open to part timing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of social media formats and digital design requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in typography and layout.
