Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in f&b restaurants with multiple outlets
- Regular Outlet audits and spot checks and also finding if any fraud n taking necessary actions
- Mandatory experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with Tevalis POS and inventory management system is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food costing, beverage costing, recipe costing, menu engineering, and inventory control.
- Experience conducting stock counts, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Work closely with operations to improve portion control, reduce wastage, and optimize inventory levels.
- Strong understanding of COGS, GP margins, yield calculations, and cost optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting functions.
- Ability to prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Experience with supplier price comparisons, invoice verification, and purchase analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and finance teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE food safety standards and restaurant operations is an advantage.
