Your Day to Day
The F&B Captain will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable and high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily operations of the F&B team to ensureexceptional servicestandards are consistently met
Lead by example, providing guidance and motivation to the team to achieve operational excellence
Ensureguest satisfactionby addressing any special requests, concerns, or feedback in a prompt and professional manner
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant, bar, or banquet facilities
Collaborate with the F&B Manager/Supervisor to manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, following company policies and local regulations
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximizeguest satisfaction
Ensure smoothcommunicationbetween kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely delivery of food and beverages
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, operations, and health & safety regulations
Strongcommunicationskillsin English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus
Highattention to detail, with the ability to multitask and stay organized in afast-paced environment
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Apositive attitudeand a professional appearance at all times
Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is an advantage
