In this role, you are the conductor of the customer journey. You will blend operational excellence with a passion for style, ensuring that every client who enters Office 9 experiences the pinnacle of Qatari hospitality and fashion expertise.
The Runway (Your Responsibilities)
- Sales Orchestration: Drive sales growth by coordinating between the floor team and management to hit monthly targets.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain a VIP client database, providing personalized styling advice and early access to new collections.
- Inventory Mastery: Coordinate stock levels, manage incoming seasonal collections, and ensure the showroom reflects our premium brand standards.
- Showroom Aesthetics: Oversee visual merchandising within the Al Wakrah Village studio to ensure a luxury boutique atmosphere.
- Order Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process for bespoke orders, from initial measurements/consultation to final fitting and delivery.
The Style Profile (Requirements)
- Experience: 3+ years in luxury retail or fashion sales coordination.
- The "Eye": A deep understanding of current fashion trends, textiles, and styling techniques.
- Organization: Sharp administrative skills to manage schedules, inventory logs, and sales reports.
- Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is a major advantage for communicating with our local clientele.
- Interpersonal Skills: A graceful, professional demeanor with the ability to close high-value sales.
- Local Residency: Currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.
