We’re looking for a Fashion Designer with a strong sense of style and a passion for retail to join a well established apparel brand in the UAE . Someone who can bring designs to life and also help customers fall in love with them.
What You’ll Do
Design
- Design and develop fashionable clothing collections based on current trends and customer preferences
- Prepare sketches, and select fabrics, colors, and trims
- Coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure designs are delivered on time and to spec
- Stay ahead of the curve on fashion trends and market demand, translating them into fresh collection ideas
Retail & Customer Experience
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide expert styling recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are on-brand and eye-catching
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, ideally with sales experience in a fashion retail environment
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fashion trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage
- A creative mindset and genuine passion for fashion
- Willing to work in Dubai, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
