We are looking for a FEMALE fashion designer / Bespoke designer to join our team in Ajman. We would love to have you onboard. Please only apply if you are in Ajman / Sharjah, UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & Development
Assist in garment design and development
Translate client references into refined designs
Create mood boards and design concepts
Support and working with textile print development along with the textile designer.
Bespoke Order Support
Understand client requirements
Make digital fashion design and tech sketch detailing
Have in depth understanding of different body types and the ability to take these measurements
Coordinate and explaining with master cutter perfectly with a sound knowledge of pattern making
Knowledge about embroidery design and different techniques of the same along with working closely with the beader.
Doing client fittings perfectly to the body and handling client orders and briefs from start to finish.
Textile & Fabric Work
Explore fabrics and material combinations
Assist in print placement and development
Support sampling processes
Trending fabrics and market research
Social Media & Content
Assist with Instagram & TikTok content
Capture behind-the-scenes studio content
Studio Support
Assist in managing workflow and daily operations
Gradually take ownership of responsibilities
Knowledge about handling the Sales and Expenses details
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design
Strong interest in fabrics and garment construction
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow as a team
Basic knowledge of Instagram/TikTok is a plus
