Key Responsibilities

Installation & Fabrication: Construct and install false ceilings (plain, suspended, grid systems, acoustic, or gypsum ceiling tiles) and dry partitions (gypsum/cement board) according to design specifications.
Site Preparation & Layout: Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plans to mark ceiling levels, partition lines, and electrical/HVAC points.
Framing & Boarding: Measure, cut, and fix metal frameworks (studs, channels, tracks) using power tools and secure gypsum boards with screws.
Finishing Works: Perform jointing, taping, putty work, and sanding to achieve a smooth, seamless surface ready for painting.
Decorative Work: Create customized designs, bulkheads, coves, and cornice molding to enhance aesthetic appeal.
Repair & Maintenance: Identify, patch, and repair damaged gypsum boards, water damage, or cracked ceilings/partitions.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to site safety regulations, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure structural integrity of the installation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in UAE / GCC.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing gypsum/metal framing components.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and layout plans.
Tool Proficiency: Experienced in using hand tools (measuring tape, cutter, saw) and power tools (drill guns, sanders).
Physical Stamina: Ability to work at heights (on scaffolding), handle heavy materials, and work in varied site conditions.
Coordination: Strong ability to work with other trades such as electricians and HVAC technicians
