Factory Supervisor-Aluminium Formwork, scaffolding Jobs in Dubai at RISING FUTURE BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C
Job Responsibilities
* Supervise daily factory operations related to aluminum formwork and scaffolding manufacturing.
* Manage fabrication, assembly, modification, and repair works for both steel and aluminum products.
* Supervise steel welding and aluminum welding activities and ensure proper workmanship and quality.
* Lead and manage welders, fabricators, helpers, and production workers.
* Allocate manpower and daily production tasks according to priorities and production requirements.
* Ensure aluminum formwork and scaffolding components are manufactured according to drawings and required specifications.
* Monitor production output, material usage, quality, and work progress.
* Coordinate cutting, welding, fabrication, assembly, repair, and finishing activities.
* Identify fabrication or production problems and provide practical solutions.
* Ensure all factory activities comply with safety and quality requirements.
* Prepare and report daily production progress to management.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in formwork, scaffolding, fabrication, and welding.
* Strong experience in Aluminum Formwork and Scaffolding manufacturing.
* Practical knowledge and experience in both Steel Welding and Aluminum Welding is mandatory.
* Strong experience in steel and aluminum fabrication.
* Previous experience working in a factory/workshop environment is mandatory.
* Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Fabrication Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Leader.
* Strong ability to manage welders, fabricators, and production workers.
* Good understanding of manufacturing drawings, measurements, cutting, welding, assembly, and repair works.
* Strong leadership and production management skills.
* UAE experience in a formwork, scaffolding, steel, or aluminum fabrication company is highly preferred.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
