Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager/Supervisor role based in Dammam. The role is responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, including organizing production schedules, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards. The Factory Manager/Supervisor will monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. This position will also work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align production with customer orders and project timelines. The role includes implementing process improvements, enforcing health and safety regulations, training and guiding staff, and preparing regular reports on productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong production planning and scheduling skills, including capacity planning and resource allocation (Production Planning).
Proven experience leading and supervising manufacturing teams, with accountability for targets, performance, and safety (Production Management, Manufacturing Operations).
Ability to manage end-to-end factory operations, optimize workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations Management).
Hands-on experience implementing and monitoring quality systems, inspections, and corrective actions (Quality Control).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and safety.
Effective communication and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
Ability to work on-site in Dammam and adapt to fast-paced production environments.
3-5 years of proven experience in managing or supervising kitchen or
furniture manufacturing factories.
