Factory Manager – Luxury Fit-Out & Joinery Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Black Pearl
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Factory Manager on behalf of a leading luxury fit-out company in the UAE.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the complete factory and joinery manufacturing operation, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects for luxury retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial clients.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within established luxury fit-out and joinery companies. Candidates from general manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, or unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all factory and joinery operations.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage production teams, supervisors, foremen, and factory personnel.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, procurement, design, and site teams.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality control, and operational performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance factory output and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage factory capacity planning and production workflow to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and joinery operations.
