Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Manage production planning and resource allocation effectively.
- Supervise and lead production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor production costs and optimize factory performance.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess 10–15 years of manufacturing and factory management experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience handling large-scale production environments and multicultural teams is highly desirable.
Education
- Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (Typical) - Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Operations/Industrial Management (Typical) - Additional:
