Factory Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Polished Interiors Design
Oversee the entire production process, from planning to final delivery, ensuring quality standards are met.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet client deadlines and optimize efficiency.
Monitor factory operations, including material usage, equipment maintenance, and labor productivity.
Coordinate with various departments, including design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working safely.
Ensure adherence to all UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures in production
operations.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of proven experience as a Production/Factory Manager in a wood and joinery factory, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.
Strong understanding of wood production techniques, joinery processes, and machinery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and health and safety standards.
Ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (*preferred).
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.
