Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance and fit-out activities across our store locations nationwide. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in low voltage electrical systems, project coordination, vendor management, and site supervision. This role requires frequent travel to store locations, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day technical operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and coordinate maintenance and fit-out works across multiple store locations
● Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
● Prepare and review layout drawings and BOQs for store fit-outs and modifications
● Oversee low voltage electrical works, including troubleshooting and guiding technicians on-site
● Manage and assign daily tasks to technicians, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards
● Maintain up-to-date records of all ongoing and completed projects, including documentation and reporting
● Track and update maintenance/service tickets using internal systems or platforms
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
● Review and verify project-related documentation such as invoices, quotations, and work completion reports
● Ensure all store facilities are operational, safe, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
● Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in facility supervision, preferably in retail or multi-site operations
● Strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems and general maintenance practices
● Experience in preparing BOQs, reviewing layouts, and handling fit-out projects
● Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage vendors and technicians
● Proficient in using maintenance tracking systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office Suite
● Ability to travel frequently to store locations across the country
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Management
● Certification in Facility Management, Health & Safety, or Project Management (preferred)
