We are looking for qualified professional to fill out our vacancy for Facilities Operations Manager position for our Cleaning and Building Maintenance Company.
Job Description:
– Over-all daily management of cleaning staff in various locations – Oversee progress of all cleaning projects and do evaluation report upon job completion – Prepare weekly duty roster – Prepares time sheets for payroll, overtime and invoicing purposes – Prepare quotations and Estimates – Attend client meetings and do ocular inspection of prospective sites – Do marketing works, when necessary.
Qualifications:
– Male, preferably Indian or Arabs only. – Minimum of 3 years Experience in Cleaning and Building Maintenance, preferably in the UAE or Dubai – with valid UAE driving license an advantage – Able to communicate well in oral and written English – Knowledge in Arabic an advantage – Willing to work extended hours. – Has the ability to manage and negotiate with staff Visa, Medical Insurance, Transportation Allowance will be provided by the company for qualified candidate.
