We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of residential properties, apartments, and related facilities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and support services
- Supervise MEP, civil, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and specialist contractors
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time
- Monitor cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and housekeeping services
- Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenses
- Handle AMC contracts, vendor negotiations, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local authority regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify improvement areas
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and incidents
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants for maintenance-related matters
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance, and AMC contracts
- Experience in managing vendors, contractors, and support staff
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and Dubai regulations
- Good budgeting, reporting, and communication skills
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RERA, and other regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
