Communication and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular reports to management on performance and future needs.
Skills
Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in facility management, preferably covering both hard and soft services.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and analyze costs.
Knowledge of health and safety standards.
