Facility Engineer(FM) – MEP & Civil Jobs in Abu Dhabi at EMRALD ACE ELECTRO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT LLC
EMRALD Ace is looking for an experienced Facility Engineer (FM experience)to join our Facilities Management Division. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MEP and Civil maintenance works and be capable of independently handling facility operations, maintenance teams, subcontractors, and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in Facilities Management / Maintenance.
- Strong experience in MEP systems – Electrical, ELV system,Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting & related maintenance works.
- Good knowledge of Civil maintenance works.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to prepare and monitor PPM schedules, work orders, maintenance reports and material requirements. As well as proposals ( boq with quotation) as per site conditions
- Ability to manage technicians, subcontractors and site activities.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Candidates available in the UAE for immediate joining are preferred.
- Candidates currently on Visit Visa or Freelance Visa will be given preference.
Experience:
- GCC (FM)/ MEP & Civil: Minimum 5 years
- UAE Driving License– Mandatory
