We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of our properties in the UAE.
This role ensures our buildings, systems, and grounds are safe, fully functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and the ability to respond quickly to facility needs.

- Salary: Starting from AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Supervise the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems, and civil works.
- Team & Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise in-house technicians or external third-party contractors to ensure repair work is completed on time and up to standard.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of the premises to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas needing improvement.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implement and monitor scheduled preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend asset lifespans.
- Emergency Response: Act as a key point of contact for any urgent facility issues, equipment failures, or utility breakdowns outside of regular hours.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities operate in strict compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Driving License (Strictly Mandatory): Must possess a Valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License. Candidates without a UAE driving license will not be considered.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a supervisory role within the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and building automation systems.
- Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a distinct advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.
