Main Responsibilities
* Take day-to-day operational responsibility for the assigned farmhouse/facility.
* Directly supervise and manage the housekeeping team.
* Ensure the property is clean, properly prepared and maintained to the required guest standard.
* Deal directly with guests/customers at the property.
* Understand and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team and other support functions when corrective actions are required.
* Monitor facility condition, cleanliness, readiness and overall presentation.
* Handle operational and guest-related issues and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain proper communication with the Operations Manager.
* Ensure the facility remains ready and presentable throughout guest stays.
Required Experience & Skills
* Relevant supervisory or operational experience.
* Experience in hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, farmhouses or similar facilities is preferred.
* Strong customer-service and communication skills.
* Ability to supervise and control housekeeping staff.
* Must be hands-on and capable of handling operational issues directly at the property.
* Good English communication is required.
* Arabic + English bilingual capability is strongly preferred.
* Good problem-solving ability and ability to deal professionally with guests.
Salary & Benefits
* AED 2,000/month during probation.
* AED 2,300/month after successful probation.
* Can increase up to AED 2,500/month based on performance.
* Salary is inclusive.
* Company accommodation provided.
* Company visa will be provided after successful completion of the initial 15-day testing period.
Interview & Selection Process
* Formal interview.
* Candidate will be assessed based on previous experience, communication ability, customer handling and evidence of relevant work experience.
* The first 15 days will be a practical performance-testing period.
* During this period, particular attention should be given to housekeeping supervision, guest handling, facility readiness, communication, initiative and problem-solving.
* If performance is satisfactory, the company will proceed with the visa and continued employment.
