Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and reliable Facilities Management company, specializing in the maintenance, refurbishment, and management of both commercial and residential properties. We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Management Supervisor with expertise in building refurbishment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role is open to Philippines who are ready to take on a leadership position and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of building refurbishment projects, including electrical, plumbing, and AC systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of refurbishment projects.
Conduct site inspections to guarantee work is done to the highest quality and meets client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient communication and smooth operations.
Troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and implement necessary solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and reports.
Monitor and recommend preventative maintenance measures for all building systems.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff to enhance skills and ensure consistent quality of work.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities management or a similar supervisory role, specifically in building refurbishment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and facilities management practices.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to issue resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
